Our Story
KittyPaw began the way most small pet-focused stores do — with a frustration. Searching for a decent grooming brush or a reliable water bottle for a pet often means sorting through dozens of near-identical products, most with no way to tell which ones are actually worth buying. We wanted to build something simpler: a store where every product listed has already been checked, so you don't have to do that work yourself.
We're still a small, growing team — and we think that's worth being upfront about. We're not a massive pet-supply chain. What we are is a store that personally reviews every category we carry, and stands behind what we sell.
How We Choose What We Sell
Every product on KittyPaw goes through a basic filter before it makes it to our store:
Does it solve a real problem?
We look for items that genuinely make pet care easier — less shedding, easier feeding, simpler grooming — not just novelty items that look good in a video but don't hold up in daily use.
Is the material built to last?
We check for durable materials and functional design before listing anything. If it doesn't hold up, we drop it.
Can shipping be tracked reliably?
We only work with suppliers who provide trackable, reliable delivery, so you always know where your order is — no guessing.
Would we actually give this to our own pet?
If the honest answer is no, it doesn't make it onto the store.
